廖明帜

导师简介

廖明帜，男，1983年生，中共党员，教授，博士研究生导师，国家级青年人才计划入选者、陕西省杰出青年基金获批者。西北农林科技大学生命科学学院副院长、生物信息学学科负责人。国际计算生物学学会中国理事会理事、中国生物信息学学会多组学与整合生物学专业委员会委员、中国计算机学会生物信息学专业委员会委员、中国人工智能学会生物信息学与人工生命专业委员会委员、陕西省生物信息学会理事、陕西省动物学会理事，担任多项科研项目、人才计划及科技奖励的评审专家，学术期刊的编辑和论文审稿人。

一、研究方向

主要从事人工智能驱动的动物多组学大数据处理与分析研究。

二、科研项目与学术成果

先后主持国家自然科学基金4项、省部科研项目3项，在PNAS等发表SCI收录论文70余篇，出版教材3部（主编1部）。
